We offer Virtual therapy for Illinois residents. Clients who are looking for guidance with mental health concerns, couple and family conflict and more. This includes psychotherapy, relational counseling and coaching. After the consultation call we can determine the exact course for treatment. We have a list of referrals for situations that require a higher level of care.

Session times vary depending on the concern. Some clients take a few months and others have been several years. Regardless of the situation therapy can give long term healing and comfort for anyone. If a client is able to be transparent and open in session it makes the process easier.

No, therapy can be used for a variety of things. Sometimes clients need guidance on a family conflict while others need help launching after they have graduated college, while others feel stuck and hopeless about lots of different things. I even have clients come in for a “tune up” which is maintaining comfort and care.

Sessions are 50 min long to give time between slots. Within that first initial time we will dive into the presenting concern and set goals for the clients unique needs.

Telehealth is a virtual therapy platform where clients can use a laptop, monitor. tablet, or phone as long as it has a camera. This flexibility allows for anyone to have therapy from places of comfort and or locations with privacy. The paperwork filled out prior to the first session will outline the exact steps for virtual therapy use.

I use a therapy approach that includes levity, transparency, openness and empathy. I try to connect with my clients on a deeper level and allow them to feel comfortable with the sensitive information coming out in session.
