Hi, I’m Alexis Siegmann.

My Approach

I use systems theory, CBT, and IFS themes to offer practical, compassionate care that fits your situation. I look at relationships and social context (systems), teach concrete skills to change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors (CBT), and gently explore inner parts—protective, wounded, and exiled—to strengthen a calm, compassionate Self (IFS).

Together we set clear goals, map the outside and inside factors keeping the problem going, practice skills, and work kindly with vulnerable parts to build balance and resilience. This approach helps with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma recovery, and life transitions, and is adapted to your culture, values, and pace.
